How to Use
- Find a flat surface with at least 20 meters of straight space
- Click “Start Test” when you’re ready to begin
- Run to the opposite end before the next beep sounds
- Turn and run back to the start before the next beep
- Continue running between the marks in time with the beeps
- The test ends when you can no longer keep pace with the beeps
Remember to warm up properly before starting the test. The time between beeps gets shorter as the levels progress.
